Offline-capable turn-by-turn navigation and maps, positioned as a data-light alternative to apps that assume a constant connection. The native app runs about 80MB and asks for location, Bluetooth, network state and notification permissions up front; the browser version is a thin app shell (~1KB) that only asks for location when you actually navigate. Worth knowing before this goes live: the manifest sets prefer_related_applications, the same install-prompt-softening flag as Chess.com and X — "Add to Home Screen" from the browser menu still installs it.
